"Go now, Lityria. This is the path you chose." Four hundred years ago, six hundred people left Earth. Their ship is still out there, somewhere in the middle of the crossing. They are still asleep — and what they are seeing is a single shared dream, managed by the ship's AI. The world has been replaced many times over. With each one, they have lived as someone else, an entire life at a time. This is the last of those dreams. Lityria sets out remembering nothing — not even what it is she has forgotten. Driven by a restlessness she cannot explain, with two companions at her side. Twelve labyrinths lie scattered across the world, and at the bottom of each is a key to the seal that holds it shut. Every key she recovers returns a little more of who she used to be. A story about a mother and a daughter, told across an enormous distance in time and space.
